How can I update my charge date?
Charge dates can currently only be changed by calling the number you see in your client area.
By default, our charge date is 31 days after you made the original purchase. This gives you 30 days to think about whether this plan is right for you and you can cancel any time until then to get your downpayment back.

If you find that you would be charged on a day that's inconvenient for you or would result in card declines, it makes sense to update this to a more convenient day for you.
Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your client area <Link to how to Log in to your client area>
- Search for the contract your want to have a different charge date for if you have multiple or just for the one that you see.
- Call the number and make sure you have your policy number starting with CHZ... ready
- That's it
However, there are a few conditions that might make it impossible to update your charge date. These are:
- Your first payment has not gone through yet
- There are outstanding payments
- Your policy is blablabla
